  • WTL Wrap-Up – “Bouncing Back: The Power of Resilience” – 12/03/11

    Monday, December 5, 2011

Beth Bracaglia, Kelly Meerbott, Ann and LaVonne Sumler

My guests this past week in the Conscious Conversations Café know about challenges and adversity.  They also know about the ability to settle, regroup, and bounce back – often even stronger than they were before.  And, so it was a delight to talk with them about the bouncing back quality of resilience and how they have witnessed it in their own lives and how they witness it in the lives of people they admire.

Beth Bracaglia, Kelly Meerbott and LaVonne Sumler are all women who are shining examples of resilience  – and, all of them are women who hold out their hands to others who are facing difficult challenges.

If you missed the show or want to share it with someone, check out the podcast archive later on this week – usually around Wednesday or Thursday and find out what Beth, Kelly and LaVonne turn to when they need strength and who their own role models are.

And for more information on my guests:

Beth Bracaglia is a Maryland based Professional Organizer and Chief Organizing Officer of Simply Organized, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).  Beth has over fifteen years of experience helping her clients to organize their homes and offices and she firmly believes that for every minute spent organizing, an hour is earned.

Kelly A. Meerbott is a Transformational Coach and through her company, You: Loud & Clear, works exclusively with executive-level leaders, luminaries, champions, individuals and change agents, who are willing to commit to a full year of life, work, mind and spirit transformation.  Kelly’s a businesswoman, a marketing professional and a seasoned salesperson. For her, transformation is all the more exhilarating when it’s tied to measurable metrics of success.  Coaching is her soul vocation — a life of service, anchored in responsibility. Seeing her clients crack their own glass ceilings and soar into new stratospheres of affluence and influence is a privilege beyond for Kelly.

LaVonne Sumler is the CEO of Voice of Significance.  She is the emotional health strategist and her mission is helping women unravel the knots and cut the strings that have them tied to their emotional wounds so they can find their unique voice in the world.
