  • WTL Wrap-Up – “Sparked! Creativity from Mystery to Mastery” – 01/14/12

    Monday, January 16, 2012

    Susan Bishop                      Lindsay Bishop

If you’re one of those people who protest that you’re not in the least bit creative, then you just might have a different view about that when you listen to my guests from this past week.  Or, at least you may be willing to give yourself the opportunity to use the “Creative Process” we discussed.

Susan Bishop, a marketing, branding and creativity coach with Unlocked Box and her step daughter, Lindsay Bishop, a communication and design major in college, joined me to talk about exactly how the creative process works and how it is available to any of us.  Yep, it’s available even to those who think they don’t have a creative bone in their body.

From the steps called Sponge Work, In the Flow, BIG IDEA, to Making IT Real…you’ll recognize the times you’ve been through each of the steps – even in the smallest creations you’ve created along the way.

And, what’s even better, when you know what the Creative Process is and what steps you pass through to spark your creativity, you have a brand new tool in your arsenal.

If you missed the show or want to share it with someone, check out the podcast archive later on this week – around Wednesday or Thursday – you’ll be glad you did.  And, maybe you’ll start claiming that creativity that you’ve had all along.
