No matter what time of year it is, changes can be made. And yet, many of us think this beginning of the year time is the perfect time to take a look at the “stuff” that needs to be totally overhauled and set up a plan to do things differently going forward.
One of the things that many people want to put under the microscope are work and career issues. Considering that a majority of working women are spending eight hours or more in their jobs for five days a week – this is one of the biggest aspects of their lives. So, of course this is an important area to inspect and to evaluate what’s going on and what changes you should consider making.
My guest this week knows about workplace issues from the standpoint of running her own company, helping other companies with their staffing solutions and helping individuals find their best job opportunity and/or evaluate their career.
Betsy Cerulo is the founder and CEO of AdNet, an integrative business solutions company offering recruiting and placement of accounting, financial, administrative, healthcare, human resources and information technology professionals and staff in the private and government sectors.
