The Big Fat Lies Women Tell Themselves

Saturday, January 21, 2012

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

What happens when your guest fails to show up for a scheduled interview???? You have a conversation with your producer instead! Thank goodness, I am blessed with and able to work with the fabulous Tori Maith.  We stuck to our topic – the big fat lies women tell themselves – something that Tori and I and about a gazillion other women we know could talk about.  We discussed what those lies are, where they might come from, why we listen to them in the first place, and how we can shut up their trash talk and start paying closer attention to the Inner Superstar who really has some truth to share with us.  Tune in to find out how you can turn down the volume on your Inner Mean Girl – and maybe, even shut her up for good.
Guest:  Tori Maith, the WomanTalk Live Producer
