In the busyness of our lives, it’s really easy to get caught on the treadmill.  It’s really easy to slip into automatic pilot just to get things done.  Day after day of doing just that begins to take its toll and we can lose our zest for life, struggle with burnout and wonder, “Is this all there is?” 

My guest this week, Kristi LeBlanc,  knows that busy side of life.  For fourteen years, she’s been a successful, award-winning executive recruiter, senior partner, global practice leader and member of the operating committee with several of the world’s largest, most prestigious retained executive search firms.  She’s also married to a super guy, has three gifted children and is an ovarian cancer survivor.  Life has been busy and full for Kristi.

Along the way, Kristi’s spiritual journey became part of her lifestyle on a daily basis.  She found that her daily practices and her change in the way she was living her life helped to transition her out of the busyness of life and bring her closer to experiencing what she calls deep-soul joy.  Living in deep-soul joy brought her closer to living the life the universe intends her to live.

So, fortunate for us who want our life experience to be more than a long to-do list and a daily sprint, Kristi wrote the award-winning, Living with Certainty:  Experience Deep-Soul Joy.  Her philosophy and her book provide a blueprint for co-creating the life we are meant to live and showing us how to:
