The WTL 5:
What’s the conversation that changed your life?
Anything is possible. Anything is possible if only you believe, are willing to do the work, and trust in Spirit. These words were life altering and shared with me at the very beginning of my spiritual return to my own authentic truths. Redefining possible, belief, work, and trust has come to mean that everything is possible, even if it is not exactly how I had first perceived it. From battling cancer to stepping out as a trailblazer, these simple and profound words have remained as a mantra in my life.
What are you most conscious of today?
We all must remember that we are sacred beings on a sacred journey. Our trust and walk must be rooted in the divine presence of the universe, not in the stories, the details. Being conscious and aware that every breath, every step we take is part of the sacred journey. So many have come to believe what they do only has an impact upon their own lives. We are all connected in all ways. What I do impacts the world. What you do impacts the world. We must begin to not only speak the words but live them.
What part of you have you yet to give voice to?
Being seen, stepping into the place of a wise one, is a difficult journey as much responsibility comes with each step. Always, it is one that does come loudly from the quiet voice within. Being a leader, stepping into the voice for the voiceless, is not something one chooses; rather, it’s something that evolves within the journey. It is not always a comfortable place. It is a deeply humbling experience. Allowing this voice to come forth – the voice of a wise leader – is not taken lightly and is done by example of actions rather than words. This is my new practice.
What’s the conversation women need to be having collectively?
In this rise of soul, in the saying yes to life by forgiving, you are really showing compassionate love for yourself. This new beginning to life can feel and look shaky and unstable; yet, it is a supported beginning to a new way of being. As women, it is our power and purpose to support one another and to give rise to the nurturing innate nature of our femininity. We have waited for so long to step into the light and now it is our time. The need to speak our own truths is paramount.
What needs to be said bigger, louder, stronger?
As we step into this rise of the soul, rise of the feminine, we must begin to collaborate and nurture one another. We continue to hear of the make more, do more mentality which only fosters competition. We must, as women, truly begin to speak and walk the collaboration journey. We must become the examples for the world to follow. We must set aside our fears of being seen, and raise our voices so that together, anything is possible. Yet, we must also stand together to do the work and trust in spirit that our own needs will be met.
