“Oh, my… we got some snow last night. It’s 18, but feels like 1 – and with this buildup of snow from my waist down, I am feeling it. Wouldn’t you??? But, it’s all good, isn’t it?
Sitting out here in the brisk weather, I was thinking about the great Martin Luther King, Jr., and how his message heeded can heal the world. One of my favorite quotes of his:
“Hatred paralyzes life; love releases it.
Hatred confuses life; love harmonizes it.
Hatred darkens life; love illuminates it.”
I don’t know about you, but I’ll pick love anytime. Ann, let’s love on.”
In July 2015, Ann’s sister, Linda, came to visit her in Vermont. It just so happened that Zen Frog showed up on that very day, too. Zen Frog decided to stay and found a perfect guru spot on the deck surrounded by trees, overlooking a garden, and having beautiful little Mt. Peg in the background. Since then, Zen Frog has shared her wisdom with Ann, who in turn shares it with you.
