On this week’s show, my guest co-host, Yolanda Sonnier, and I talked with the fourth WomanTalk Live Girl Gone Great, Walesia (call her “Lisa”) Robinson Cates. Lisa is a senior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, MD. And, she is definitely a winner! She has done more in her short life to give back and make a difference than most of us have even thought about! In her essay, Lisa says, “A Girl Gone Great has a vision, a plan, and vibrant, tenacious spirit to make her dreams become tomorrow’s reality. I am one of those thousands of girls. Out to assemble an army dedicated to making the world a little better than we found it.” And, I, for one, have no doubt that this is exactly what she’ll do.
